Self-Referral
You do not need a referral from your medical doctor or some other health care or government official or health care provider (insurance company) to come to my office. You may come on your own if you have any of the symptoms listed on our TMD information. You can refer yourself just by calling (303) 758-4865
Dr. Wilk regularly provides independent medical examinations, second opinions, and is a court-appointed expert witness.

Please do not call our office asking about specific problems or expecting a phone consultation. Due to the large volume of phone calls that we receive every day (every hour!), we can’t and won’t provide specific information about pain disorders. Also, unless a physical examination is conducted, it wouldn’t be fair or proper for Dr. Wilk to comment on your particular problem(s).
